History:
Mr. Rowe began his bankruptcy practice here in Flint, Michigan when a woman hired him to file Chapter 7. Her case was filed in October 1979, just 21 days after the new Bankruptcy Code took effect. As the number of bankruptcy cases increased, the general practice turned into a specialty practice handling only bankruptcy cases. The office was moved from 1110 S Grand Traverse to 2321 Corunna Rd in 1995. In 2009 the office was again moved to G-4030 Corunna Rd.
